Workforce Upskilling

Workforce Upskilling in Steel Fixing or Formworking –  The Fixit Training Way

Do you have a shortage of steel fixers or formworkers and have members of your existing workforce that are suitable for a career progression from labouring or re-training? If so, we could have the solution for you.

We are working to increase the number of new in-take steel fixers and formworkers for the civil engineering industry, but that takes time and time may be against you at the moment so we have two possible solutions for you: –

Solution 1

Our Upskilling Award in either trade can provide you with a solution. We will provide your suitable workforce with an intensive two-week full-time course to ensure they have the right skills to return to work with you and immediately put those new skills into practice. The cost for each delegate is £1,000 + VAT (CITB grant available at £50.00 per day per person).

Solution 2

Our Bespoke Training could be your other solution. If you have specific training needs in either steel fixing or formwork, we will work with you to design the course that best suits your requirements. The cost of bespoke training can vary depending upon your requirements, but the daily cost is £100 + VAT per day for each delegate (CITB grant available at £50.00 per day per delegate).
